How to make donuts mixture marina 



  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup of malt liquor
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • Melted butter
  • Edible dried flower leaves and pistachios for garnish
  • To prepare chocolate
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate pieces
  • ½ A cup of whipping cream



Preparation steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease the donut mold with butter, then beat the eggs and malt syrup until the syrup dissolves, then add the almonds, baking powder, liquid vanilla, and rose water and stir the ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Put the mixture in the donut mold, filling two-thirds of each circle. Bake the mixture for 12 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven and leave the donuts to cool for 15 minutes. Place the donuts in another plate to cool completely.
  3. To prepare the chocolate, put it in a small bowl, and heat the cream in another bowl over medium heat until boiling, then pour it over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts and mixes well with the cream. Leave the mixture aside until it cools.
  4. Dip the cold donuts in the chocolate, sprinkle the rose petals and pistachios on top, and they are ready to serve.
